DOOMSDAY

The end of the world
21st December 2012;
The end of the Mayan calendar,
The ancient Mayans foretold of earth’s final day;
The end of all the earthly creations,
With the natural disaster like;-
Earthquake, tsunami, cyclone,
Volcano, glacier, and fire,
As per the ancient oracles,
Prophecies that could be alter by none,
Oh! Imagine that kiss of death,
The day with such an inevitable fate,
The sealed date of our own death,
The islands sinking in water,
The cities in explosions,
The forests in fire,
The villages engulfed by glaciers,
And so and so on,
Imagine!
The yelling of the mankind,
Father calling his son in rain,
Mother searching her daughter in vain,
The planes crashing in skies,
The waves washing away running cars,
The ships drowning in seas,
The birds flying in skies,
To complete their ending flight,
The animals running in faint,
To be away from forthcoming death,
Despite the cries,
Bewails, prayers and trials-
Everyone dies in vain;
Observing the world turning into worthlessness,
And then there remains,
The only silent world of emptiness
Perhaps, it befalls,
In this foretold era-
As the science of the Einstein said;
The shifting of the two poles of the earth
